1. Input Conversion:
Generally, the missile power supply (such as the DC output of the thermal battery) is preliminarily processed first, and the high-frequency noise and clutter in the power supply are filtered out by the filter circuit to prevent it from interfering with the subsequent circuit and ensure the stability of the input power supply.
2. Power Conversion:
Using switching power supply technology, by controlling the conduction and cutoff of the switch tube, the input DC voltage is converted into DC output of different voltage levels to meet the voltage requirements of different equipment on the missile, such as converting a higher voltage into a low voltage suitable for the operation of electronic chips, or boosting a low voltage to a high voltage required for driving the actuator.
3. Voltage Stabilization And Control:
The output voltage is monitored in real time using the feedback control circuit, and the output voltage is compared with the internally set reference voltage. According to the comparison result, the conduction time or frequency of the switch tube is adjusted to keep the output voltage at a stable set value, ensuring that stable power output can be provided under different load and input voltage conditions.
4. Protection Circuit:
It has multiple protection functions, such as overvoltage protection. When the output voltage exceeds the set upper limit, it automatically cuts off the output or takes voltage reduction measures; overcurrent protection. It monitors the output current and limits the output current or cuts off the power supply when the current is too large to prevent the equipment from being damaged by overcurrent; there are also short-circuit protection, overheating protection, etc. to improve the reliability and safety of the power module.
